KESHI
THE BOMB FACTORY - AUGUST 5, 2025
Keshi walked out with his head high, guitar slung low, like he owned the night before even playing a note. There’s something about the way he carries himself — not cocky, just sure. That quiet confidence is part of why his shows hit so hard.
He opened with “GABRIEL,” then slid straight into “Amen” and “Say,” easing the crowd in. The energy in the room kept climbing until he hit “TEXAS,” and the floor at The Bomb Factory practically rattled apart from the screaming. Keshi’s a Houston native, so Dallas was determined to show up for him and out-sing his hometown.
When he played “Limbo” later in the set — a song that’s always been a little raw for me — the reaction was wild. It was one of those moments where the line between artist and audience blurs.
Keshi has grown since I first saw him at South Side Ballroom in 2023. The production’s bigger, but that diary-entry honesty that hooked me back then hasn’t gone anywhere.
He closed with “Euphoria,” and it felt like the perfect send-off — that bittersweet kind of high you don’t want to come down from.
